[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS Inline UVA GEM first HV test under nitrogen in the Hall

Turned the all UVA Inline GEMs (24 modules) under 150 cc/min nitrogen for a HV test for the first time after installing the setup in the Hall. I slowly increased the HV up to 3724 V (4200 V equivalent). Everything looks normal except for a few modules with unstable dividers showing slightly larger readout currents as usual.

I will monitor periodically and then shut down the HV by 7:00 AM tomorrow morning before Hall work starts.
