[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Individual HV supply pedestal test

Hi All,

The HiVolta supply has been attached to UV layer 0. I performed a pedestal
test today, turning the voltage up to the equivalent of 2000 V. The results
can be found in my log entry.

The "old run" is a pedestal taken from back in January during GMn. The "new
run" is taken today with the new setup. The first four pages show the APV
pedestal noise for Layer 0. We see that the noise is still ~8 ADC, so
everything looks fine with the layer. Next week we will switch over to
ArCO2 and take some cosmic data.
