[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] EEL/125 trigger looks OK

Just a quick follow-up on some work with folks in EEL/125 this morning.
We looked through the trigger signals and they seem OK to me.  I did
come across a few partially unscrewed LEMO connectors in the OR/AND
unit.  One was very loose and could definitely have been making an
unreliable or intermittent connection in the past.

Regardless, I think the trigger is solid at this point.
