[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM work and what should be done

Over swing and part of owl the GEM folks were able to collect data for the BigBite GEM efficiency scans. This is a great accomplishment. We still need to address the latency challenges with the SBS GEMs, we have a plan of how to address the latency. If we can determine the latency for the SBS GEMs then we could conduct efficiency scans for the HV.<br>
