[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Sent shower L1A to SBS TI for stand alone DAQ

I sent L1A from shower TI ( copy of the one I had on scope ) to trigger SBS standalone DAQ.
L1A comes 492 ns after shower trigger so latency expected will be increased by 20
