[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Main DAQ work

I added the SBS ROCS to open when starting the main DAQ, so don't open them again when trying to take SBS stand alone runs, just open rcGUI on eelgemdaq124

Increasing the buffer from 1 MB to 2 MB for DC and SEB fixed the DC1 crash with SBS crates

GEnII-1stream takes data but end of runs always fail
GEnII-3 streams does not start after go

there might an issue with default config files loaded, Bryan can have a look at it

created a GENII-1-stream-ped to take GEM pedestal run, they load the sbsvtp*_ped.config

One HCal VTP crashed and did not come back so taking data in GEn-NoSBS config

I think we can plan to try cosmics BB and SBS together this evening, need the 3 stream config to work for pedestal test at high rate. So far only reached 1 KHz max trigger with ROC22 making the deadtime.
