[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] Procedure to switch SBS GEMs to Nitrogen in case Ar does not get delivered today

Hi Jack,

We only have 3 Ar bottles left and as the current GEM on-call, I wanted to
be ready for a situation where Ar does not get delivered today. In that
case, we don't want to use any of these 3 bottles for SBS as we want to
make them available for BB.

With the remaining Ar bottles hooked up to SBS, they will run out sometime
Sunday evening. What would be the procedure to switch SBS GEMs to Nitrogen?
Should we be worried about the input pressure to the GEMs going up?
