[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Issues with GEM HV mpod crate ISEG modules

The HV channels "inline_uva_l2m0" and "linline_l2m1" started working fine after I rebooted the mpod HV crate. However, then I saw that channels "inline_uva_l2m2" through "inline_uva_l4_m1" would not come up. These channels are connected to one single ISEG HV module. When I power cycled the crate, the set voltages got wiped away and trip thresholds had set to 1000 uA. It was same after a couple of resets and then I decided the whole ISEG HV module has gone bad so I swapped it out with a spare module that happened to be in the crate. The module that had gone bad seems to be of a different version than the reset of the modules we are using right now. 

After installing the new ISEG HV module, all the 8 HV channels come up fine and holding HV. See the attached before and after screenshots of the epics GUI.
