[Sbs_gems] GEM setup in EEL discussion on Tuesday at 12:30pm

Hi all,

We will have an informal meeting for those of us who are local and will be working on the new layers can gather at EEL on Tuesday at 12:30pm to discuss the plan going forward for the completion of the layers and what we need to procure to setup a readout and gas system.
