After working in the hall on BB layer 2 yesterday we found that when the beam came back that layer 2 had a large hole in it, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4114333. It turns out that I switched to cables during my access yesterday and forgot to switch them back so the GEM mapping was not correct. After switching the mapping in the software layer 2 is now working fine https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4114362. Therefore this was purely a software issue and all the data is fine. When we have a downtime again we should switch the cables back to their original position to avoid further confusion. For reference here is the mapping differences in the software DB.
