[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] Layer 6 HV in SBS GEM

The current draw in SBS GEM Layer 6 HAHV91:03:006 (in plot) does not vary with beam. This would explain why we see no signals in the replay. We need to investigate this during the next access. It holds at a constant -744uA.
