[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: SBS GEMs bad in DAQ

To conclude, we believe that this is a LV module that went bad. We need about half a shift worth of downtime to make this repair. RC is informed. 

Also, this should not be associated with any DTM. We only tried to put the SBS GEMs in the DAQ between 10-10:30pm last night when beam was taken away for other reasons. Not sure how to remove the comment about GEMs tripping at 1am being attached to this because that is inaccurate.
