[Sbs_gems] SBS GEM meeting today

Dear all,

Due to the current Hall access, there will be no group SBS GEMs meeting this morning. The update is that the GEMs have been performing reasonably well overall, but on the BigBite side, layer 3, there is a loss of performance corresponding with a backplane. Vimukthi, Bhasitha, and Sean quickly found a suitable backplane and APVs to swap in and are currently down in the Hall making that swap and running tests. While there is no overall group meeting this morning, there will still be a meeting at 11am for those involved with the development of the backplanes for LAD/PRad GEMs. We will meet at 11am via the usual zoom:
