[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Fixing the 2 APV issue in BigBite Layer 1

As I mentioned in the RC meeting on Friday, Layer 1 of Big Bite GEM stack had two missing APVs. Today I was able to fix it by replacing the backplane and the male to male hdmi extender used for the analog cables. Please see the attached snips of low levels tests done before(Right) and after(Left).
