[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Troubleshooting on SBS side GEM layers

The bottom-most GEM module of the side GEM layer towards the hodoscope had previously showed some inconsistencies while running the daq. This made us take the whole module out of the daq configuration. 

An access was made to the hall with me, Vimukthi and Saru around 11.30AM to look into the issue. The suspicious GEM APVs/backplanes and corresponding MPDs and HDMIs were investigated. It was confirmed that the issue was with either the MPD slot in the vme crate or the MPD itself. Therefore, a new MPD was put into the vme crate and cabling was redone. Work was completed around 4.30PM. A daq run is currently in place and everything seems to be stable at the moment.
