[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEM HV issue

This evening after 1700h, a rapid succession about 5-6 shorts occurred while under beam conditions. Noticably, the beam reached a max current of 20uA between 1725-1730h. <br>
1. [HAHV71:03:010] At 1720h, L5M2M3 (foil G2) shorted during the ramp to 20uA. <br>
2. [HAHV71:04:001] At 1725h, L6M2M3 (foil G3) shorted at the beam reaching the 20uA.<br>
3. [HAHV71:02:001,003] At  1726h, L3M3L2M1 (foils G2 & G3) shorted when the beam was at 20uA. <br>
4. [HAHV70:05:008] At 1815h, L8M0M1 (foil G3) shorted with 15uA of beam. It had started to see random spikes in current since about 1740h.<br>
5. [HAHV71:02:010] At 1830h, L4M0M1 (foil G2) saw a sudden spike and tripped off. It was a bit different from the behavior of the other shorts. <br>
6. [HAHV71:01:001] L6M0M1 (foil G3) had been shorted most of today, but we could not identify a beam event. <br>
