[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: SBS GEM HV issue

REPOSTING! The short in L8M0M1 (foil G3) [HAHV70:05:008] is not visible in the recent HV status with no beam(https://logbooks.jlab.org/files/2024/04/4283311/snapshot_1.png). It seem to have returned to normal operation just before 04:00 as shown in the MyaPlot(Orange plot: GEM current; Blue plot: beam current; Green plot: GEM HV). But there are occasional spikes after that.
