[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Setting the Ar-CO2 mixing ratio to 70%-30% (with JLab system)

With the previous settings (Ar- 4.44V and CO2-3.69 V) and conversion factors that Jack mentioned in his document, the Ar-CO2 ratio became ~73-27.

After a couple of tries, we finalized the Ar MFC set value at 3.77 V and that for CO2 is 3.64V. This gave the ratio (70-30) the GEM experts were asking for.

However, based on the calibration performed by Jack (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3939313), this setting would give a lower (~4%) percentage of Ar gas in the mixture than that of the premixed gas bottles from the vendor.
I think that is safer as it will cause less ionization inside the chamber.
