[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM HV Status

We have been taking 15uA on LD2 from 01:10 and no GEM trips so far on either arm. L4-M10, M1 and L8-M0, M1 are still kept off. HV settings are,

SBS: 3600V with 5V added on GEM foil-1
BB: 3650(UV-0, XY-1), 3600V(All other)
