[Sbs_gems] Test lab will lose electricity on Wednesday morning

Dear all,

For anyone working in Test lab, please power off ALL computers/HV/LV by the end of the day tomorrow (Tuesday). There will be some facilities electrical work that will take a couple hours on Wednesday and will cut power to our lab.
