[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Plan to increase Argon in SBS GEM gas mix

I changed the SBS gas mixing ratio to 75-25% (readback from BGA) from 73-27% ( see tagged halog entry).

For this, the set values for the MFCs for the SBS side are:
Ar MFC - 3.77 Volt.
CO2 MFC - 2.82 Volt.
Purged the SBS buffer tank and it seems the mixing ratio has almost reached the desired value (75%).

During this process, the BB was not touched.
