[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Access to fix SBS GEM LV

We made an escorted access to fix the SBS gem LV issues. There was loose connection in the LV connector causing trouble. Probably due to this loose connection connector had heated resulting some burn marks, please see the attached. Connection was secured using cable ties. We plan to replace it on Thursday with the help of electrical group. 

After the fix, we ran the daq successfully from a hall computer after including the mpds that were previously removed. 

While troubleshooting this Holly noticed that there are to cooling fans for the voltage regulator have also gone bad.
