[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEM work done during the access : 05/09/2024

- Following modules were separated and powered using new sets of HV channels 
          - L3M3 - there are two dead sectors still needed to be isolated. But for now, it is in a separate supply.
          - L4M0 - we believe we found the issue with this one, not 100% sure we completely fixed it though. Something outside on the 15 sector (opposite to the main HV dist) board is causing issues.  
          - L5M1 - this was done with the intention of improving the gain of that detector with causing issues in any others since this is a low gain module

- APVs were replaced to improve the readout (Bhashitha and Jacob should verify the list)
          - 2 X APVs on L6M1 beamline side [1,0,1,0,0]
          - 1 X APV on L7M2 opposite to beamline side [0,1,0,0,0]
          - 1 X APV on L4M1 beamline side [0,0,0,1,0]

- Armen and Jeff replaced the burnt LV connector
