[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] CO2 to SBS gas system

After discussing, we have turned on the CO2 to the SBS mixing tank. This should help with the pressure drops at the end of the gas bottles. 

Ellen has also raised the change-over pressure to 350 psi from 150 psi.

There are some discussion to replace the regulator on the Ar side.
