[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] SBS GEMs getting ArCO2

Following the discussion yesterday, Ibrahim and I have switched the gas system from N2 to ArCO2.  We first opened the CO2 line, then replaced the N2 bottles one at a time, therefore the gas flow to the detectors were not interrupted.  We have also changed the settings on the binary gas analyzer to report the percentage of Ar in CO2.
