This morning, Mark Jones sent an email informing that the budget restriction is until 31st Oct, rather than previously understood until 1st Oct.
With the 4 CO2 bottles in reserve and three in use, we can't flow N2-CO2 until 31st Oct even with reduced flow.

So, we will have to optimize using CO2 or other gas bottles.
Since we switched to a new N2 dewar a few days ago, it will run for at least another week.
So, I have closed the CO2 line completely for now (after talking with Nilanga, Asar, and Ching). So, we are flowing 100% N2 now.
In the middle of next week, we will add a little bit of CO2.

Why do we need CO2 at all? The liquid nitrogen dewar doesn't have a switching mechanism. So, if it runs out at odd hours, then the GEM chambers will be flushed with CO2 (which has a switching mechanism), rather than having no gas.
Furthermore, CO2 is a boil-off gas - a CO2 bottle will last longer than a N2 bottle.
