The dewar couldn't build up - The dewar couldn't build up pressure. So, now UHP N2 gas is flowing through the chambers from the bottles.

In the morning, I noticed that pressure from the dewar started dropping as I saw from the gas shed (if you look at the third trace from the top around 9:35-9:40 to get some sense), so I opened up the pressure build-up option in the dewar. If there is liquid inside it will build up pressure quickly.
In the meantime to keep nitrogen flowing, I switched to the nitrogen bottles. If pressure builds up in the dewar, then I'll switch to N2 dewar.
Otherwise, I'll keep flowing from N2 bottles.
If it is okay for the expert, then we can add CO2, which will be a more economical option to flush the chambers. If I don't hear any objection, I'll start flowing the N2-CO2 over the weekend, so that if the dewar runs out, the chambers will still be flushed with CO2. I'll update you at the end of the day.
