[Sbs_gems] [Revised Logentry] Ar Manifold alarm

I found the alarm on the Ar Manifold pressure went off at ~1pm. I found the Ar mainfold pressure dropped to 15psi at that time. When we go in to the gas shed, we see that the mixing tank pressure dropped to ~7psi.
Per Lars's suggestion, I opened the by pass valves on the switched over N2. Nothing immediately change. 

At that time, argonselect was set to 1, and the pressure is at ~200psi in the bottle. 

Jacob and I then try to change bottle 1, during this time, the bottle change over to bottle 2, and the gas flow started to recover. 

Ibrahim is investigating now. He suspect there might be a faulty sensor.

One bright side is that the alarm handler had done its job and ran the HV shutoff script even though the HV is off already.
