[Sbs_gems] No SBS GEM meeting tomorrow

Dear all

We are planning to replace some APVs tomorrow on Layer 13 M1, Layer 7 and Layer 10. Given the amount of work and the limited time, I would like to cancel the GEM meeting. Most of the progress had been discussed in the daily RC meeting and the last special GEM meetings.
