[Sbs_gems] [EXTERNAL] FPP layer alignment issue fixed

Dear All,

This is to let you know that we have fixed the alignment issue that caused the odd/even layer discrepancy in the FPP.  Please refer to the log entry https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4335233 for more details and analysis results for the run number 1092. Please note that this run does not represent the latest status of the GEMs. It is mainly to show that the alignment is in good shape.
