[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] GEM MPD Crate Dead :(

One of the GEM MPD crates (which controls half of the front tracker) went down. We tried to power cycle and ping the crate remotely but there was no response form the crate. Ching Him and I made an escorted access, during which we were hoping to manual reboot the crate. When we got down there, the crate was not responsive to the power switch (i.e. it would not turn on). We tried plugging the crate into a different port on the power stip (which we confirmed was working), but it still did not turn on. We even tried a different power cable, still nothing. It seems the crate is fully dead and needs to be replaced.

Ching Him, Anu, and I are preparing to make an access to replace the crate which will take some time.
