[Sbs_gems] [New Logentry] Alarm for SBS GEM gas

As discussed in the SBS GEM meeting, I have added several alarms related to the GEM gas.

As we will be using 73/27 ArCO2 for the experiment, the gas mixture alarm level has been adjusted to (LOLO: 70%, LOW: 72, High:77.5%, HIHI: 78.%). Note that due to the offsets (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4321854), the BGA will read ~76.5% as shown in the attached screenshots. As in GEn-RP, if the gas ratio exceed HIHI level, the HV will be turned off automatically.  

A new alarm for the CO2 manifold pressure has also been added. The low alarm level is at 140psi. From the strip charts, the CO2 pressure can reach as low as 143 psi during change over. During the bottle change over, the gas mixture is still stable. This alarm is bit more aggressive to prevent damage to the GEM modules. The LOLO level is at 135psi, at which point it will shut off the HV to the GEMs.


An alarm for the Ar manifold pressure has also been added, with low alarm level at 125 psi, and LOLO at 100 psi.
