Vidura and I entered the hall with radcon in an escorted access to address the issue with front tracker XW L1. Based on previous discussion, we suspected either 1) the input gas flow had somehow been reduced, potentially due to movement of the SBS platform/work for the kinematic change or 2) input connectors on the layer itself that feed the module may have become disconnected or are leaking. The later is a much more serious problem.

Gas lines come from the manifold to a blue plastic valve which allows us to seal off the chamber. From there another line runs to a black plastic barrel which connects to the filter before the rest of the chamber. Vidura disconnected the line just before the filter to check the flow and found it was almost nonexistent. We then checked neighboring modules to confirm that we could see flow (success). We started to trace this line back to the manifold to see if there were any kinks/leaks that may have formed. At this point, Vidura noticed that the connection at the blue valve was loose. We disconnected the line from the blue valve to check the flow and confirmed that there was gas. At this point, we concluded that the connection at the valve must have become loose/was leaking substantially. Vidura then tightened this connection and I added some strain relief to the pipe to prevent it from coming loose again. We then rechecked the flow just before the filter and confirmed that it
  was now
  as expected.

The conclusion of this work is that a point at the input connector had become loose causing substantial gas loss. We have now tightened this connection to resolve this flow issue. I recommend that we may want to replace this blue valve in the future as a precaution, unfortunately we had none on hand at the time.
