I went to grab some gas from 90A and I realized that of the 6 cylinders we moved into 90A on Friday, only 2 of them were pre-mix. The other 4 were pure Argon. I'm hoping that there are still 4 pre-mix cylinders over at Hall A and that these
4 argon bottles were brought just accidentally in place of them.

I moved six 75:25 premix cylinders to the EEL gas racks this afternoon.
There are another 2--3 premix cylinders in EEL/125. That is perhaps
~2 weeks worth of gas for the SBS GEMs -- probably enough to cover
December.

I don't think there are any more (useful) premix bottles in the Hall A
racks. Those that are left are partials -- I checked a few of them and
they only have 400--500psi in them. Hardly worth the effort to move
them given the GEM gas consumption rate.

* Holly or Jack: I will leave it you two to coordinate and purchase
more premix if needed. I think we all got the recent email from
Purchasing that the (official) lead-time is now 21 days for most
premix. If we want premix gas for January, we should probably
order ASAP. (Unless there are orders that just haven't shown up
yet?)

The current plan is to switch to nitrogen over the holiday break.
That may require one person to come on-site at the end of Dec to swap a
bottle. John will contact Mark, et to ensure at least he and one other
GEM expert are on the 'Holiday access list' so they can take care of
this.
