<div>Hi Sean, </div>
<div>Thanks for putting the tentative schedule together. I would actually suggest to start flowing N2 in 4th UV layer as soon as tomorrow and keep it on N2 while tasks of day 1 and 2 are being performed </div>
<div>This will buy you 3 days for free ad you can do HV test on day 3 instead of day 6. Also whenever you switch to ArCO2, you could just run pedestal to make sure that the DAQ/electronics is configur then you take cosmic data overnight, this buy you another
extra day at no cost </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>You need to reserve more time for testing and troubleshooting after installation in BB, rather than before </div>
<div>Best regards </div>
<div>Kondo </div>

<div>
<div dir="ltr">Hi All,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Kondo has informed me that we may possibly start running again on January 11th instead of January 17th and has asked me to provide a detailed schedule to get UV layer 4 installed before then. So here is the list:</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div><a href="https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_spreadsheets_d_17HB3cim5n8oyOO8oEKXg8VNUu4f-5Fp7bxwpYvNcmzU0s_edit-3Fusp-3Dsharing&d=DwMFaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=IY9rjQPVeUBORHn2z0jGy7U2Cc-U0-dYM3Rqg9Kcgwk&m=GULKPuBeq4OxxgY6oIdk8FM-9LCw69hsrRiATzAQY3zYtorAnsFx8DSKa0-bHTgM&s=kEovnNJ2Thc90p0x9iTfGd39518JV_rHqvBoUL3Ov7E&e=">https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17HB3cim5n8oyOO8oEKXg8VNUu4f_p7bxwpYvNcmzU0s/edit?usp=sharing</a><br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>There are a lot of tasks, but many of them can be done in parallel, as I have listed. To do them in parallel we will need 4 people dedicated to this, which we already have. I have counted that we have
<b>13 work days</b> until Jan 11th, starting today. You will notice in my spreadsheet that this will take 13 days. However I have put several "resolve issues" days which may not actually be used, and there are 4 weekend days that could also be (sadly) used
if problems arise. So overall I am confident that this work could be done by Jan 11th.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Best,</div>
<div>Sean</div>
