<b>one SBS layer having the HV divider upgrade</b> as you suggest. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As I don’t see this affecting the DAQ from the other beam running timeline considerations, I think this is more reasonable that we can prepare the layers ahead of a Hall install. Alternatively, they will sit in the hall for a month if we
moved them in the end of April, staged and untouched until we can install first week of June. I would prefer to keep them running in EEL up until the install.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I presented no delays here other than the one month that they would be in EEL rather than the Hall. We are also running with a Hall DAQ configuration in EEL so it should be easier to implement than the transition that previously happened

So it looks like first week of June is still the best time for the crane in Hall A to put the SBS side GEMs in place. We basically have up until then to prepare the layers, and if we are only modifying 1 HV divider then it seems doable to me.

We would want the INFN layers modified by then if possible.<br>
<br>
Let me know if you think differently.<br>
