<p>Issue with the 12 slot backplane is finally found to be caused by low voltage. The ground wire from the low voltage regulator board came off while inspecting the issue. This could have caused the intermittent behavior of this backplane over the last few days. New connection are made to secure the low voltage supply to the backplane. Raw data from the troubled backplane looks good now. Please see the attached pictures.</p>
