<p>Some SBS GEM APVs started giving problems towards the end of the owl shift. The errors occurred with APVs in multiple MPDs(MPD 29, 33 and 34 in vtp2). Powercycling the crates didn't work. Commenting the APVs out didn't as well, as the erroneous APVs kept getting jumping to different ones. These suggested an issue more related to the Low Voltage supplies. While looking more into issue with low level tests, RC has called for an escorted access.</p>
