[SBS_sim] GEM simulation: new production g20 / new approach for background

Dear All,

a new production (g20) is available at the usual site:

http://www.iss.infn.it/cisbani/atmp/gemc/production/g20/

The main differences respect to g17 is the use of "realistic" energy
distributions for electron and gamma backgrounds (from Nelyubin) as
described in the attached document (also available in the above page).

Apparently background hits rate looks around 1/3 of the previous
productions based on Lubomir data and a different generation (see
attached doc).
