[SBS_sim] Tracking efficiency g17,g18,g20

Dear all,

Please see attached files for tracking efficiencies for g17,g18 and g20 as
well as event display
for g18 at 0% and 100%  backgrounds.

For g18 tracking I have made  some changes to the program to use correlation
between th vs x and phi vs y.
This helps to increase tracking efficiency and replay time (decreases the
number of possible projection combinations).
The change is done in file Projection.cxx function

NodeVisitor::ETreeOp
Projection::ComparePattern::operator() ( const NodeDescriptor& nd )

Here I consider only patterns that satisfy the the aforementioned
correlations between position and angles of patterns.
