[SBS_sim] Corrected g20 production and new production g21 with magnetic field on

Dear All,

Bogdan noticed that the Gamma rate (Rg) was wrong.

The correct value is about 4.8 times larger!

You find the corrected production again in g20 (please reload the
digi... data)

In g21 find the data with proton in magnetic field (same as prod. g18)
and new background estimation (same as g20).
