[SBS_sim] SBS simulations meetings

Hi all,

I would like to resume our SBS simulations meetings.  As I am sure you
are aware, the goal is to arrive at firm conclusions about the SBS
tracking performance as soon as possible, but definitely within the next
few months.  At this point, there are open issues mainly with the
reconstruction, but also with the event generation (background).
Additionally, we will need to coordinate the Monte Carlo production
(e.g. file format) with the reconstruction.

I suggest we meet every two weeks, starting next week.  Several of you
have indicated that the previous 11am time-slot on Tuesdays is
convenient.  If you haven't already, please let me know whether or not
this time still works for you.

I have tentatively reserved room F228 for Tuesdays 11am, starting next
Tuesday, January 25.  I will reserve a conference phone line to allow
people to call in from offsite as soon as we have confirmed the time.
