[SBS_sim] MC-GEM production g17 / SBS at 16.9 deg

Dear All,

find the new MC + GEM Digitization production at:

The production includes:

 # SBS at 16.9 deg

 # Protons from 7 to 12 GeV in the central region of the detector

 # simulation of a "virtual" entrance window of the GEM tracker to
"detect" the primary particle and provide position and direction, right
before entering the tracker. These information are stored in the
digitization root files.

# background level: 0, 10%, 50% and 100%
   (100% = for each proton - 500 electrons, 2000 gamma - on average)
