[SBS_sim] Full background run analysis

Dear all,

Please see attached file for tracking efficiency results of full background
run analysis (g17).
Event display results for 100 events is shown in files
g17_fullbg_100events_noamplitudefilter.pdf and
g17_fullbg_100events_R_0.69-0.825.pdf
without cut on R and with cut on R respectively.

R is defined as R = (1.1A1 - A0)/(1.2A2-A0) and correlates with event time.
In the analysis
R=0.69-0.825.
