[SBS_sim] Important Bug Fix on background sampling

Dear All,

Bogdan found a bug in the digitization: the background signal is not
sampled correctly.

The error is in the transformation of time coordinate, I used for
sampling, that is:

tT is the trigger time (that I assume 0)
t0 is the first sampling (e.g. -100 ns)
tH is the hit time (from -400 ns to 100 ns for background, around 0 for
signal)

The sampling time I used was: t=t0+tH, while the correct one is: t=t0-tH
This affects the background but not the signal (being tH ~ 0).

Unfortunately this may have impact on the results.

I fixed the bug and ran digitization again for g20 and g21. The new data
are posted in the usual directory (wrong data removed).

I apologize for the mistake!

Evaristo
