[Sbs_software] Updated documentation page for g4sbs

Almost one year later, as promised, I have finally updated the 
documentation page for g4sbs to explain the structure of the output file 
and the ROOT tree. Although it is not quite complete, there is a great 
deal of new information there, so I thought it would be appropriate to 
share this with everyone interested in sbs software development:

Please note that when this is completed, in the very near future, this 
entire wiki page will be moved to the g4sbs github wiki page.

The documentation of the ROOT tree structure should hopefully be very 
helpful to those doing analysis of simulation results obtained using g4sbs.
