[Sbs_software] SBS simulation and software meeting today, 1 PM

Hello all,

We will hold our regular SBS simulation and software working group meeting today at the usual time of 1 PM:

Agenda:

Andrew: GEM tracking/software status update
Mark: GenericDetector/calorimeter status update
All: reviewing software readiness of individual subsystems and to-do lists in the following areas:

  *   Online monitoring plots—what is needed/what do we have?
  *   Calibration plans and procedures with beam, and dependencies
  *   Optics calibrations—run planning for optics calibrations/BigBite momentum reconstruction
  *   Coordinating expert analysis shifts
  *   Replay scripts/batch farm submission
  *   Automated analysis for shift crews

All: brief verbal updates/any other business
