[Sbs_software] SBS software/simulation/analysis meeting today, 1 PM

Hello all,

We will resume our regular SBS software and analysis working group meeting today at the usual time of 1-2 PM.

Agenda:


  *   Andrew: Slow/buggy standard replay in the CH and plans to fix.
  *   Eric: Status of simulation of plastic shielding on the scattering chamber—impact on resolution and rates
  *   David H: LH2 elastic analysis @SBS-4 and SBS-7: Momentum resolution and reconstruction efficiency
  *   Subsystem/topic area status updates:
     *   Beam and scaler analysis: David F
     *   HCAL: Sebastian
     *   BBCAL: Arun or Provakar?
     *   Hodoscope: David H/Rachel or other
     *   GRINCH: ?
     *   Optics analysis status and plans: ?
     *   (time permitting): Helicity update? Paul K.
     *   GEM analysis (time permitting): Andrew

We may skip some agenda items if we are running well over the full hour.

We will meet on BlueJeans as usual. Sometime soon we’ll need to transition to Zoom.
