[Sbs_software] [EXTERNAL] G4sbs updated with new "portable" field maps

Hello all,

I have now debugged the modification to the user interface command /g4sbs/tosfield fname flag that causes g4sbs to use the user-specified magnet angle and distance instead of the coordinate transformation from the header of the map file. I have updated the code, pushed the changes to uconn_dev, and uploaded the new field maps to the usual site. I have also updated the user documentation with instructions on how to use the new maps here:

Now these fieldmaps will also be downloaded and installed with the usual ones when the -DINSTALL_SBS_FIELD_MAPS=ON option is configured in cmake.
