[Sbs_software] Pushed latest GEM code additions to SBS-offline master: updating installation on aonl1

Hello all,

Heads-up that I just now pushed the latest additions to the GEM CODE to the SBS-offline master branch. See:

I will be updating the SBS-offline installation on aonl1 later this evening and testing the changes on gem cosmic data with/without online common-mode subtraction/zero-suppression.
